Just a little reminder that South Florida has the best fishing I've ever seen. We were out over on the southwest Florida coast last week to try tarpon fishing for the first time. I know this has nothing to do with amazon peacock bass fishing but I had to share this adventure with my readers. My first tarpon weighed 160 lbs. and took my 45 minutes to land this beast. If you can't make it to the Amazon in Brazil to catch the mighty Peacock Bass I think South Florida can fill in the need to catch BIG FISH!
